Heart coherence is a scientifically proven and measurable technique (breathing therapy) where you learn to re-set your autonomic nervous system.  There are more than 5000 international scientific studies on heart coherence.  Your breath as a remote control of your nervous system!

By learning and practicing a specific breathing pattern, you bring your heart into a specific state, so that your brain does not skip over into your primal system (fight-flight-stasis) with all kinds of complaints as a result. We increase your heart rhythm variability (HRV) through exercises.  The greater your HRV, the greater the adaptability of your heart, and the stronger your vitality and resistance.

The coaching consists of 4 major steps, but at your own rhythm or pace, usually every 14 days. During the intervals, you will be given your own breath work to take home to practice. Session 1 lasts an hour and a half; subsequent sessions last an hour.

The coaching also includes lots of psycho-education for a better understanding of what stress does to your body and brain. Exercises will help you master this technique. You are also measured every 2 weeks with biofeedback equipment, get insights into how to calm your nervous system.

Before and after the coaching, your complaints are measured, in order to make an evaluation of the coaching.

An appointment cancelled within 48 hours will not be charged. This will allow me to help another person in time.
If not cancelled 48 hours in advance, 50% will be charged.
